*1986 - Magician of the Year.
*1988 - Master Magician of the Year.
*1991 - National championship of Magician in Sri Lanka.
*1987 - National Youth Award for Magic.

As I have employed in another organization recently, unable to continue the art of magic professinally and not give up at all but serving as an assistant to my brother and father who are top magicians in the country.

I Rathnayaka Kiridi Arachchige Sambuddika Rathnayaka was born at the historical city of panadura nalluruwa. I was educated at Sri Sumangala College Panadura and from my childhood. I had a keen interest in creative Art from my birth. I had knowledge in creating any type of creation by trust looking at it. As I was attending school and was watching the television saw a picture from and that made me to create an award full determination of my life.

As I watched a forcing magicians wonderful creations I had a liking to do so and I was very keen in making such Art roles by collecting some raw materials such as papers, feathers of birds, pieces of clothes, wooden Bottle tides plastic items and made my own creations from these items relevant to magic items. I must mention proudly that my parents ware the first persons to help me in my magic carrier by encouraging me to do so by giving their best co-operation also my relatives, friends, teachers and others also supported me by helping me to do so.

TRIXIE THE WONDER GIRL
Assisting her father, WonderRo, at Birth Day party shows from the young age of 10, Rohini caught up with the art of performing magic very fast. Having won the Young Magician of the year in 2001 went solo with her own imitable style and performs as Trixie the Wonder Girl. Once again bagging the title “Lady Magician “for 2006, it was an easy win for her to be The Magician of the year in 2007. She is in high demand specially at for girl’s Birthday party shows with her kind & loving attitude towards the children. She is also an expert at Face Painting, also inherited from her father.

Rohan is a professional Children's Entertainer and appears regularly at Birth Day party Shows and Corporate functions, Schools, Carnivals, Handicapped Centers, in fact anywhere children want fun and laughter. He presents his shows in costume as 'WonderRo “Your Friendly Magician” His shows include Doves, Pigeons and real live rabbits, lasting 30 to 45 minutes with lots of audience participation. The B’ Day Boy or Girl is the center attraction of the show. There are give-a way’s for the kids during the show. Rohan is able to keep the kids in one place having there attraction at all times. He has appeared on TV, and is a member of The Sri Lanka Magic Circle.

He provides several different shows lasting up to an hour, with a great deal of audience participation. His shows can be adapted to suit any venue and age, indoors or out. Rohan can also run the whole party for you with games, music, Face Painting and magic show. He won Magician of the Year Award in 1992, Master Magician Award in 1993, and is the current National Champion Award winner for 2007.

I'm Raahul. my friends say that I'm a mind freak. so I use that as my stage name. I don't want to do stage magic because the distance between the viewer and the performer is pretty big. Shelton Jayasekara, got interested in magic at the age of 12 after seeing other magicians. Even at that age I was able to solve how most tricks were done. I started performing what I learnt from them, later after reading books and meeting magicians I was able to gather more and I was able to go in the correct path towards professionalism. Later I joined the Sri Lanka magic circle. I have won the magician of the year and the best sleight of hand award in 1966 and the open contest in 1970.In 1997 I was placed 2nd runner up at an international contest held at a convention held in Mumbai, India. I have served the SLMC management as a treasurer, secretary, vice president and the president in 2006/07. I have performed in all parts of my country and internationally in countries such as Maldives, India, England and Taiwan.

Love to do children shows. Can handle any situation. Specially around Colombo, Sri Lanka.
